We understand how demanding and busy you can be, Many customers are not able to spend precious time coordinating marketing & mail piece design, printing and mailing. Leave your needs completely in our capable hands. We have experienced designers who understand your needs, the marketing world and postal regulations so that you can have confidence that no ‘design errors’ will cost you time or money. If you have design capabilities you can feel free to provide your design file to us for printing. We will be happy to provide an estimate to you and suggestions to help lower costs while maintaning high quality marketing pieces.

Design Requirements for a Letter Size Piece
Maximum Size: 6″H x 11.25″L or W
Addressing must be on long edge starting from bottom right hand corner!
Address Block MUST be 2.5″H x 4.5″W, with NO printing.
The rest of the addressing side is yours to design and use, including the top edge!
POST Card Size
Min. 3.5″ x 5.5″
Max. 4.25″ x 6″
*To cut costs on Self Mailing pieces such as tri-folds, make sure once folded the open edge of the piece is at the top. Postal regulations require only 1 tab (seal) for top opening, and two for an open bottom edge!
Postage Permit
Have your piece pre-printed with Kwik Mailers permit information to save on your mailing costs!
This permit can be printed on your piece as small as a stamp.

As a courtesy to our customers, we offer the use of all our permits for a minimal fee. Please inquire regarding correct wording for other types of permits offered (1st class Presort, Non-Profit, & Card Rate)
The USPS has strict regulations regarding the use of postal permits which must be followed to be allowed continued use.
Non-Profit Customers need to have their non-profit status approved through USPS, before using that permit type/rates. We can help you fill out and file any paperwork.
