How It Works:
“Bulk Mail” refers to the mailing of 200 or more identical pieces must be,
- Designed and printed according to USPS (United States Postal Service) guidelines.
- Processed with USPS-approved CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certified equipment. And verified through the NCOA Database (National change of address).
- Presented to the post office with the appropriate forms as proof of proper processing.
The client supplies us with the printed pieces or has Kwik Mailers print your piece. The client then purchases an address list through us or provides us with there own address list in a standardized format (Excel, Access, Text, ASCII Comma seperated delimited, etc.). We process the address list through our USPS-approved software and prepare the pieces for mailing as needed (mail merge, folding, tabbing, inserting, sealing, etc.). The prepared pieces are ink-jet addressed with the appropriate bar code and properly sorted to achieve maximum postage savings.

Walk Sequence Saturation Mailings
- Walk Sequence Saturation Mailing piece must be sent to complete routes
- Tabbing, folding, inserting, & sealing are not included in the labor rate. Any mailing piece requiring these functions will have additional costs.
- Mailing pieces must be designed as Automation Compatibile per USPS requirements & must be pre-approved by Kwik Mailers
- Required permit must be pre-printed on the mailing piece to avoid extra costs
