Our Founders:

Roger & Joan Kamps

In 1977 Roger began doing mailings for Racquetball Plus, the 1st chain of racquetball clubs in MI – of which he was partial owner and vice president.  Roger quickly began learning information regarding bulk mailings through the post office in order to save his business funds.  As time progressed his knowledge increased. Roger found many businesses and people who had the same desire to save precious marketing funds and were in need of these services.  So many people were requesting his help, that in 1979 Roger began a new business out of his home and named it “Kwik Mailers”.  In those days it was completely a “handwork” process.  As the years went on the business grew, customers were very pleased with the quality and caring used to process their work.  It was soon necessary to build an addition onto the family home to accommodate the equipment that was newly available to address mail pieces. A few years later due to more technological advances, large equipment was needed to process jobs with the latest up-to-date techniques.  The business moved into a small rented building prior to acquiring our current building in 1987.

Today the business is operated by Roger & Joan’s youngest daughter Anita Kamps-Rich.  We occupy an 11,000 sq. foot building (712 Ottawa Ave) with a vast array of automated equipment to service all of our clients mailing and printing needs with speed, efficiency, confidentiality, and caring.
